After their journey this January through Chile and Colombia, Lemon Bucket Orkestra returns to Toronto with a fresh EP “LIVE IN BOGOTA” about to drop along with new tunes for the stage from English/Spanish language BAILARÉ to collab with up-and-coming Mapuche rapper MC MILLARAY called PUEDO. Heavy hip-hop beats with Balkan horn lines and a Ska-punk powerhouse blended into Cumbia will flood the dance floor with undeniable movement.
Joining the celebration is KRYVA KOSA, a collective of musicians & artists here to share the folk music traditions from their diverse backgrounds. They play live music, teach folk dances at upbeat public socials, and create interactive spaces for musical exchange and learning. Bring shoes to dance in as you are going to be right in the middle of the action.
Keeping the wide family together, Lemon Bucket will have their good friends on the ones and twos through the evening with DJ ELI LEVINSON of SAUCE PIQUANTE hailing from MONTREAL and DJ PETE SPYNDA coming up from the City of Bridges, PITTSBURGH.
